Five Pounds Of Wonderful Fudge

  1. Combine butter, canned milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven.
  2. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Cook to a boil; cover and boil 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat.
  5. Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
  6. Add 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time, stirring until melted.
  7. Add vanilla extract and nuts; blend.
  8. Pour into buttered pan (jelly roll), 10 x 15-inch, and let stand until firm before cutting in 1-inch squares.
  9. Whole pecan halves can be pressed into tops of squares if you wish!
