Indian Relish

  1. Blanch, peel, and cut tomatoes.
  2. Peel, core, and cut apples and onions.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Bottle and seal.
  5. Just guessing on the servings.
