Pasta with Pesto

  1. Put pesto in a large bowl.
  2. Cook linguine or spaghetti until al dente.
  3. Whisk about 1/3 cup pasta cooking water into pesto.
  4. Add drained pasta to thinned pesto with salt and pepper to taste and toss well.
  5. Serve with additional Parmigiano-Reggiano.
