Seafood Marinade For Grill Recipe
- Fish, can be salmon, swordfish, shark or possibly kabobs made of shrimp or possibly scallops or possibly mix with above
- Juice 3 lemons
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. fresh snipped dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh grnd pepper (to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Marinade fish 2 hrs in refrigerator.
- Place fish on warm grill 8 to 14 min per side depending on thickness.
- Baste with marinade.
