Asian Style Crab and Avocado Dip
- 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- juice of 2 limes, (approx 1/4 cup) Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 185g can crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers, to serve
- vegetable sticks, to serve
- Place the avocado, Philly* and lime juice in a processor and process until smooth.
- Stir in the crab, sweet chilli sauce and coriander, chill.
- Serve with water crackers and crisp vegetable sticks.
