Low Fat Sugar Free Banana Bread
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 23 cup Splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup butter
- 4 bananas
- 14 cup applesauce
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine Eggs, butter and apple sauce; mix well.
- Add vanilla, splenda sugar and cinnamon; do this with a mixer.
- Then add your Baking soda, Baking powder and Bananas; it will be a lumpy mixture when fininshed.
- Last add your flour in gradually.Bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
