Low Fat Sugar Free Banana Bread

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.Combine Eggs, butter and apple sauce; mix well.
  2. Add vanilla, splenda sugar and cinnamon; do this with a mixer.
  3. Then add your Baking soda, Baking powder and Bananas; it will be a lumpy mixture when fininshed.
  4. Last add your flour in gradually.Bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
