Smart-Choice Creamy Baked Ziti
- 4 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Remove from pan; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta sauce, tomatoes and Neufchatel in same pan on medium heat 5 min.
- or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Toss pasta with sauce; spread half onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cover with layers of sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella and remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
