Easy Kabocha Squash Croquettes

  1. Peel the kabocha squash.
  2. Remove the seeds and cut into 3 cm cubes.
  3. Put kabocha squash onto a heatproof dish lined with paper towels.
  4. Microwave for 5 minutes.
  5. Mash the squash while it's hot.
  6. Combine with the ingredients and mix.
  7. Coat with flour, egg, and panko in this order.
  8. Deep-fry until golden brown.
