Sausage and Peaches
- 2 pounds Pork Sausage
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sliced Peaches With Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Dehydrated Minced Onion
- 1 cup Chili Sauce, Or Substitute Mild Salsa
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut sausage into bite size or serving size pieces.
- Using cocktail sausages works also.
- Place sausage in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish or 9x13 pan.
- Stir together the sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir in the peach juice and all the remaining ingredients.
- Place the peaches among the sausage, and pour the sauce over all.
- Cover and bake 50 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer until sausages are well done.
- This is good served over hot cooked rice.
