Mexican Bean Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with onion, chili powder and garlic powder.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine cream of chicken with Ro-Tel.
  4. You might add 1/2 can of water to make thinner.
  5. Do this in a separate bowl.
  6. In a large casserole dish, begin making layers in this order:
  7. 2 large tortillas in bottom of dish, 1/2 meat mixture, 1 can beans, 1/2 soup mixture and diced cheese.
  8. Make another layer in the same order until all ingredients are used.
  9. End with 2 tortillas on top.
  10. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until real hot.
