Marshmallow Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
- 32 Oreo or possibly Hydrox cookies, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 jar Kraft fudge topping (lg.)
- Some miniature marshmallows
- 12 ounce. container Cold Whip
- Mix cookies and butter together and pat into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Reserve a little for the top.
- Now layer ingredients in order given.
- It helps to freeze after the ice cream and then continue.
- Top with reserved cookie crumbs.
- Freeze.
