Blueberry Habanero Rush Recipe

• 10 ounce Water, up to 12
• 113 gm Frzn blueberries
• 55 gm Ion-exchange whey protein isolate, (or possibly some other kind of protein pwdr)
• 8 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream Sugar or possibly sweetener to taste
• 1 x Fresh habanero, or possibly equiv powdered habanero

1. In a blender:

water, blueberries, isolate, heavy whipping cream sugar, fresh habanero
