Hot Broccoli Dip
- 1 cup broccoli floret, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup sour cream
- 14 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 18 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In medium bowl, combine broccoli, onion and bell pepper.
- Add cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese, garlic and black pepper; mix well and spoon into Small Oval Baker.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
