Light & Easy Scalloped Casserole

  1. LAYER chopped broccoli and slices of potatoes and squash in a medium casserole dish.
  2. COMBINE 1 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise French Dressing, a few handfuls of grated Light Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese and a few dashes of nutmeg and pour over vegetables.
  3. BAKE, covered, at 400F for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
