Light & Easy Scalloped Casserole
- 2 1/2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups sliced potato Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 medium squash, butternut
- 1 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise French Style Dressing
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Light Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- LAYER chopped broccoli and slices of potatoes and squash in a medium casserole dish.
- COMBINE 1 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise French Dressing, a few handfuls of grated Light Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese and a few dashes of nutmeg and pour over vegetables.
- BAKE, covered, at 400F for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
