ranch and cheese chicken

• 3 medium chicken breast
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 3 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cup ranch season
• 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese seasoning
• 1 none stick cooking spray
• 2 medium mixing bowls
• 1 glass casserole dish

1. Pre heat oven to 400
2. Mix eggs and cream cheese in a bowl with electric hands mixer (eggs will foam)
3. Place chicken in egg mix
4. Mix bread crumbs, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese seasoning (I used pop corn seasoning) in another bowl those with lids work best
5. Spray glass casserole dish with cooking spray
6. Take chicken from eggs and place in bread crumb mix coat well (this is where a lid is nice kids can help as well)
7. Place in glass casserole dish
8. Spray with cooking spray over top of chicken.
9. Cook tell pink is gone, remove, cool and, enjoy
