Rustic Apple Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add apples; toss to coat.
  4. Line 9-inch pie plate with crust as directed on package; fill with apple mixture.
  5. Gently pull edge of crust up over apples, leaving center of filling uncovered.
  6. Pleat edge, then press firmly into filling to secure; brush with egg.
  7. Bake 40 min.
  8. or until crust is golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with whipped topping.
