Banana-Butterscotch Syrup
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 2 bananas
- 14 cup whipping cream
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and corn syrup, bring to a simmer and cook and stir for 1 minute or until sugar melts.
- Add bananas and cook and stir 5 minutes or until bananas start to give up juices.
- Add whipping cream; bring to a boil.
- Serve warm.
