Ravioli Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook ravioli until soft but still a little firm to the bite (according to package instructions for al dente), drain.
  2. Cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink, drain fat.
  3. In a square 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish pour enough marinara sauce to cover bottom of pan.
  4. Lay enough raviolis down to cover the pan, it took 9 for me.
  5. Cover ravioli layer with 1/3 of the remaining marinara, half of the meat, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat process creating another layer of ravioli, marinara, cheese, and the remaining meat.
  7. Cover with 9 more raviolis and the last of the sauce and mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
