Delightful Pork Sausage and Apple Bake

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 pkg. (7 oz.) apple-cinnamon muffin mix
• 5 OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Pork Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
• 1/2 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
• 1/4 cup chopped onions Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Beat egg and milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
3. Stir in muffin mix just until moistened.
4. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Spread evenly into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
6. Bake 25 min.
7. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
8. Let stand 5 min.
9. before cutting into six wedges to serve.
