Veal Rolls Divan
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 c. packaged herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 6 thin veal steaks, pounded to 1/8-inch thick
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 (10 oz.) can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup, thawed
- 1/3 c. milk
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Drain and reserve drippings.
- Prepare stuffing mix per package directions, using bacon drippings and melted butter to make 1/4 cup.
- Crumble bacon and stir into stuffing.
- Place 1/3 cup stuffing onto each steak and roll each steak; secure.
- Add 1 tablespoon salad oil to drippings in skillet. Brown veal rolls. Dissolve crushed bouillon cube into 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Arrange broccoli spears in baking dish.
- Place veal rolls over broccoli.
- Pour bouillon mixture over veal. Cover dish with foil.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
