Veal Rolls Divan

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain and reserve drippings.
  3. Prepare stuffing mix per package directions, using bacon drippings and melted butter to make 1/4 cup.
  4. Crumble bacon and stir into stuffing.
  5. Place 1/3 cup stuffing onto each steak and roll each steak; secure.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon salad oil to drippings in skillet. Brown veal rolls. Dissolve crushed bouillon cube into 1/2 cup boiling water.
  7. Arrange broccoli spears in baking dish.
  8. Place veal rolls over broccoli.
  9. Pour bouillon mixture over veal. Cover dish with foil.
  10. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
