Deviled Mushrooms

  1. Rinse,tat
  2. dry
  3. and remove stems from mushrooms.
  4. Set caps aside.
  5. Chop
  6. enough stems to make 1/2 cup.
  7. Reserve for later use.
  8. In medium bowl combine cream cheese, deviled ham, 1/2
  9. cup bread crumbs, reserved chopped mushroom stems, onion powder
  10. and pepper.
  11. In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of the
  12. butter. Brush outside of caps with butter.tound stuffingtixture
  13. into each mushroom cap.telt remaining 1 tablespoon
  14. of butter and stir in remaining bread crumbs.
  15. Sprinkle over stuffed mushrooms. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
