Spaghetti Michael Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut in cubes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1 med. can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/2 pound (8 ounce.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 lg. can tomatoes, slightly liquid removed
- Grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- Saute/fry together in small amount of butter over low heat the ham, onions, green peppers and mushrooms.
- Cook the spaghetti just till tender and drain.
- In lightly greased casserole, layer the spaghetti, sauteed ham mix, Cheddar cheese and tomatoes in alternate layers.
- Sprinkle grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till cheese melts and mix bubbles.
- Serves 6.
