Spooky Eyeball Tacos

• 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 12 TACO BELL Crunchy Taco Shell
• TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa or Taco Sauce
• BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• sliced pitted black olives or chopped red or green pepper

1. Mix meat and seasoning mix.
2. Shape into 36 (1-inch) balls; place on 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
3. Bake at 300F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Fill each taco shell with 1 meatball, salsa and other desired ingredients.
5. Top with 2 meatballs dipped in sour cream.
6. Garnish with olives or bell peppers to make "eyeballs."
