Herbed Potatoes & Carrots Recipe
- 4 sm. potatoes
- 1 med. onion
- 4 carrots
- 2 tbsp. "Zesty Italian" Dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (opt.)
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ice cubes
- Preheat grill for 10 min.
- Arrange the thinly sliced vegetables on 24" x 18" double thickness of heavy duty foil.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and dressing.
- Add in ice cubes.
- Wrap package (bring together at top and fold down, fold short ends towards food and crimp edges).
- Cook at medium with hood closed till vegetables are tender, 20 to 25 min, turning package over once.
- Serves 4 to 6.
