Herbed Potatoes & Carrots Recipe

  1. Preheat grill for 10 min.
  2. Arrange the thinly sliced vegetables on 24" x 18" double thickness of heavy duty foil.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings and dressing.
  4. Add in ice cubes.
  5. Wrap package (bring together at top and fold down, fold short ends towards food and crimp edges).
  6. Cook at medium with hood closed till vegetables are tender, 20 to 25 min, turning package over once.
  7. Serves 4 to 6.
