Moscow Mule

• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• Lime wedge
• Ginger Ice Cubes (see Cook's Note)
• 3 ounces ginger beer

1. Special equipment: a copper mug
2. Put the vodka in a copper mug.
3. Squeeze the lime over the vodka.
4. Add some Ginger Ice Cubes and top with the ginger beer.
