Cracked Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix ingredients in order of recipe
  3. Roll cookies in a ball(helps if you use an ice cream scoop)
  4. Roll in icing sugar
  5. Put on ungreased cookie pan
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until barely gooey, do not overbake these cookies!
  7. Leave on cookie sheet for 2 minutes after removing then from the oven

brown sugar, crisco, water, vanilla, eggs, flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, semi sweet chocolate chips, icing sugar
