Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 baking cocoa
- 2 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter chips
- 10 peanut butter cups, cut into 8 pieces each
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cream butter and sugars together.
- Add vanilla, peanut butter and eggs; mix well.
- Add cocoa; mix well. Add flour and soda; mix well.
- Fold in chips and peanut butter cups.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 or 2 minutes on sheet before removing or they will fall apart.
- Makes 3 dozen.
