Pear Craisin Bread

  1. Heat oven to 325F
  2. Mix all wet ingredients with mixer; add the dry ingredients and finally mix in the pears, nuts and craisins.
  3. Grease 2 loaf pans, divide the dough between the 2 pans.
  4. Bake for 1 hr 15 min to 1 hour 30 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. The bread does have a dark appearance so don't be alarmed by that.
