Black Pepper And Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

• 4 Tbsp. honey
• 4 ounce champagne vinegar
• 1/2 Tbsp. cracked black peppercorns
• 7 ounce grape seed oil
• 2 ounce white wine salt

1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
2. Don't whisk.
3. Add in salt to taste.
4. Yield: 500 millilitres or possibly 16 fluid ounces
