Bailey's and white chocolate fudge
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml Bailey's
- 397 grams condensed milk
- 200 grams demerara sugar
- 250 grams brown sugar
- 115 grams margarine
- 1 oz white chocolate
- In a large saucepan melt all the ingredients together on a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved
- Once dissolved bring to the boil, stirring continuously
- Simmer for 15 mins stiring throughout
- Take off the heat and pour mixture into a large bowl and mix with an electric whisk for 10 minutes until its beginning to set
- Pour into a 20cm dish lined with baking paper and leave in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours
- When set remove from dish and slice
