Bailey's and white chocolate fudge

  1. In a large saucepan melt all the ingredients together on a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved
  2. Once dissolved bring to the boil, stirring continuously
  3. Simmer for 15 mins stiring throughout
  4. Take off the heat and pour mixture into a large bowl and mix with an electric whisk for 10 minutes until its beginning to set
  5. Pour into a 20cm dish lined with baking paper and leave in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours
  6. When set remove from dish and slice
