For Weekend Lunches! Special Garlic Sandwiches
- 2 slice Sliced bread
- 2 to 3 slices Bacon
- 1 to 2 slices Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 leaf Lettuce
- 1 Mayonnaise and ketchup
- 1 Grainy mustard, garlic powder
- 10 grams x 2 Butter
- Cut the bacon in half, and beat the egg.
- Cook the egg so it's about the same size as the bread.
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- Melt 10 g of butter in a frying pan.
- Add 4 to 5 shakes of garlic powder...
- Lay a slice of bread as if you're covering the butter (Medium heat).
- When the bread is slightly browned, turn it over...
- Top with cheese and continue cooking until the cheese has melted, then take out the bread and cheese.
- Toast the other slice of bread in the same way.
- (Don't put cheese.)
- (While the second slice is toasting...) Put ketchup egg lettuce mayonnaise bacon on top of the cheese on the other slice of bread.
- When the second slice is done, spread on the inside part with mustard, and place on top of the stack to form a sandwich.
- Put a plate on top as a weight to make the sandwich stay together (about a minute is fine).
- Cut the sandwich into half, and it's done.
- I usually just serve it whole.
