Chocolate Orange Cake
- 1 (18 oz.) orange cake mix
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. orange flavoring
- 3/4 c. Hershey syrup
- Combine cake mix in large bowl with other dry ingredients.
- Add unbeaten eggs, water, orange juice, oil and orange flavoring.
- Beat for 5 minutes using spatula to push batter down sides of bowl. Pour two-thirds of batter into well-greased Bundt pan.
- Add the chocolate syrup to the remaining batter (1/3rd).
- Mix well and pour over the batter in Bundt pan.
- Bake in preheated oven of 350u0b0 for 1 hour and test with toothpick.
- May need another 10 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes before inverting on a board dusted with xxxx sugar or make a thin frosting of xxxx sugar and orange/lemon juice and drizzles over cake and down sides.
