Mom's Scalloped Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions and peppers in the butter till tender.
  2. Beat Large eggs with a rotary beater till fluffy, in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the soup and light cream.
  4. Add in vegetables and bread crumbs and pour into a 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  5. Set this in a larger pan of water, and steam for 30 min at 350 degrees.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake till set, about 15 min more.
