Chicken in Herb Crusts
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350F Place the chicken in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Spread with the mustard and season.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and herbs thoroughly.
- Press on to the chicken to coat.
- Spoon over the melted butter.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until crisp and cooked through.
