Chicken in Herb Crusts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F Place the chicken in a greased ovenproof dish.
  2. Spread with the mustard and season.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs and herbs thoroughly.
  4. Press on to the chicken to coat.
  5. Spoon over the melted butter.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until crisp and cooked through.
