Pancit(Panseat)

  1. Using a large skillet or frying pan, lightly saute in a small amount of oil the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the pork and shrimp.
  3. Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce and 1 cup of water.
  4. Turn heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir and simmer until carrots are cooked.
  6. Place noodles on top of mixture and spoon vegetables and broth over noodles.
  7. You might have to add a little more water if the noodles have not wilted.
  8. Cover and allow to steam for about 2 minutes.
  9. Turn out on a platter and garnish with lemon wedges.
