Guacamole SaladNow Popular Nationwide!

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  2. Combine with the lemon juice and salt in a bowl and mash.
  3. Add the green onions, and, if desired, tomatoes and cilantro.
  4. Press in the garlic.
  5. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Mound the greens on 2 large or 4 small salad plates, and top each with guacamole.
