Cheesy Spinach Casserole

• 3 10oz boxes of defrosted spinach
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/3 cup finely diced onion
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 pinch red pepper flakes
• 1 bag mixed shredded cheese
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 4 tsp melted butter
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp mccormick Worcestershire seasoning

1. preheat oven to 375.
2. drain spinach really well add to a bowl.
3. dice onion finely add to bowl with all other spices, Worcestershire sauce & parmesan cheese, & butter mix well.
4. spray a 9&13 baking dish, add in spinach mixture.
5. top with cheese bake 20-25 minutes
