Cracked Wheat for the Kids

  1. Cook cracked wheat in butter for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Serve with grated Parmesan or serve with plain yogurt, sliced almonds and raisins.
