Ham and Corn Chowder
- 1 lb. (450 g) red potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped ham
- 1-1/3 cups frozen corn
- 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 10 min.
- or until tender; drain.
- Return potatoes to pan.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cook 10 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
