One-Dish Taco Supper

  1. Line a greased 9x13 pan evenly with biscuits; press to flatten biscuits and seal together, bringing biscuits 1 in. up sides of dish.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Brown beef in a large skillet; stir in seasoning mix and water.
  5. Spread beef mixture over biscuits; sprinkle cheese over top.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
  7. If desired, spread sour cream over cheese; sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  8. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
  9. Yield: 6-8 servings.
