Three Pepper Quesadillas
- 1 c. each thin green, red and yellow pepper strips
- 1/2 c. thin onion slices
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 10 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- Taco Bell Home Original salsa
- Cook and stir peppers, onions and cumin in butter in large skillet until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
- Drain; reserve butter.
- Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until well blended. Spoon 2 tablespoons cheese mixture unto each tortilla; top with scant 1/3 cup pepper mixture.
- Fold tortilla in half; place on cookie sheet.
- Brush with reserved butter. Bake at 425u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Cut each tortilla into thirds.
- Serve warm with salsa.
