R.'S Italian Salsa Recipe
- 1 lg. tomato, diced
- 1 lg. white onion, diced
- 1 lg. cucumber, peeled & diced
- 3-4 canned whole, peeled tomatoes, minced
- Approximately 10 Pepperoncini pepper, finely minced
- Stir together all ingredients.
- More canned tomatoes may be added for consistency.
- Also more pepperoncinis may be added (and some juice) for more flavor.
- Refrigeratefor at least one hour.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Tastes like sunshine.
