Lemon Barbecued Chicken

  1. place chicken in a shallow pan -- set aside.
  2. combine remaining ingredients in a jar -- cover and shake to blend.
  3. pour over chicken, cover.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight -- turning occasionally.
  5. grill chicken over hot coals 15-20 minutes, turning frequently until juices run clear --
  6. basting often with marinade.
