Tortellini Pesto Primavera

  1. Cook pasta and veggies in three quarts water 5-7 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and return to pan.
  3. combine sour cream, pesto and salt.
  4. Add to pasta mixture.
  5. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Best served with toasted pita wedges.
