Chicken Divan
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. mild curry powder
- 8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 3 tsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- Simmer chicken breasts until tender.
- Cut into pieces.
- Line bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish with frozen broccoli.
- Cover with cut up chicken.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Pour over chicken and spread evenly; top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Toss dressing; mix with melted butter.
- Spread on top of baking dish.
- Bake until heated through in a 375u0b0 oven for 50 minutes or until hot in center.
