Maple-Rosemary Syrup

  1. Combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high power until hot, about 30 seconds.
  3. Let the syrup cool, then discard the rosemary sprigs.
  4. Transfer the syrup to a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
