Plum Pudding

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
  2. Add raisins and citron. Separate eggs and beat separately.
  3. To egg yolks, add the next 3 ingredients, then mix with dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  5. Put into greased cans or bowls; fill 1/2 to 2/3 full. Cover each bowl tightly with lid or foil.
  6. Place bowl on a rack in roasting pan.
  7. Fill pan halfway up sides of bowls with hot water. Cover pan with roaster lid or aluminum foil.
  8. Put into oven at 300u0b0 and leave for 3 hours.
  9. Do not disturb.
  10. Makes two bowls.
