Pork And Red Chile Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 pound boneless pork loin, sliced
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 pound snow peas
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Stir-fry pork and garlic.
- Add in snow peas, stir-fry for 3-4 min.
- Push pork and peas to one side, add in remaining ingredients.
- Stir to mix.
- Stir pork and peas with mix.
- Serve with rice.
- 280 calories per serving - 11g.
