Minty Hot Mocha - Sugar Free
- 14 cup granulated sugar substitute
- 14 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 4 34 cups nonfat milk
- 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 stick sugar-free peppermint candy (optional)
- Combine sugar substitute and cocoa in a medium saucepan; stir well.
- Add water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Stir in coffee granules.
- Gradually add milk, stirring well.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring often.
- Remove from heat, and stir in peppermint extract.
- Beat with a wire whisk until foamy.
- Serve warm.
- Garnish with a sugar-free peppermint stick, if desired.
