Minty Hot Mocha - Sugar Free

  1. Combine sugar substitute and cocoa in a medium saucepan; stir well.
  2. Add water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in coffee granules.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring well.
  5. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring often.
  6. Remove from heat, and stir in peppermint extract.
  7. Beat with a wire whisk until foamy.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Garnish with a sugar-free peppermint stick, if desired.
