Sugar-Free Cinnamon Nut Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Beat margarine, sugar replacement, egg and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Add flour mixture, stirring to mix completely.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Shape level tablespoons of cookie dough into balls and roll each one in mixture of cinnamon and walnuts.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inch apart.
  8. Bake at 375F for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan immediately.
